AYR Wellness will be hosting an expungement clinic in Fort Myers, Florida next Saturday, December 14th.
The Cannabis Expungement and Record Sealing clinic will offer free legal assistance from attorneys and paralegals to help prepare record sealing and expungement paperwork for those with eligible state cannabis offenses.

Open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET, the clinic is sponsored by Changing Legacies, a restorative justice and social equity program created by AYR Wellness which seeks to empower communities affected by the War on Drugs by providing resources, education and support for clemency.
Since launching the program in 2022, AYR Wellness has hosted over 20 clinics across their footprint in Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey and New York, helping individuals navigate the record sealing and expungement process. The company plans to continue hosting its clinics through 2025, particularly ahead of potential regulatory developments at the federal level.
